Droid w/ Bluetooth media question?

I need a bluetooth earpiece that looks like a earpiece, not headphones, that can play media through it. I want to be able to listen to talk radio discretely in my office. I use the audible app for the Moto Droid. Is this possible? or is there any product that can satisfy my need.
