Garmin Bluetooth Gps Lifetime Maps

Best affordable GPS for a novice?

So this would be my first GPS. I’m looking for something in the $100-150 range. I know that I’d either like a TomTom or a Garmin. I don’t care if it’s a refurbished, as long as the maps on it are at least 2009ish. Bluetooth capabilities would be a plus but not necessary, and Lifetime traffic alerts would be a plus, but also not a necessity. Give me a price and a model number, best answer gets 10 points.
