How do I pair my Bluetooth headset to my IPhone?

Hello, I am having some troubles with pairing my bluetooth headset to my IPhone. The thing is, my Iphone totally forgot about the bluetooth headset and has erased it from it’s memory and I am not sure how to re-pair it again.
Please give the steps to re-pair when you put in your answers, thanks!

Reboot while holding the menu key this should refresh the system. Now try and turn on syncing and the bluetooth headset it should be recognizes, good luck!
