My sony bluetooth headset for my ps3 is playing up- urgent help – easy 10 points!?
I got it for xmas and threw away receipt and packaging, but kept instruction manual. I have followed all the instructions clearly, but the console does not pick up my headset when scanning for it. This is really frustrating and I was wondering if anyone could offer any help on this matter. Easy 10 points up for grabs here.
It depends on which one it is. I have the official PS3 bluetooth headset that has the Playstation symbol on it. For that one, you have to charge it all the way before using it. This means that when you put it on the charging dock, the circle around the headset has to stop flashing and then you know it’s charged. All you have to do is plug in the mini to USB cord into the charger. It’s hard to find, but the instruction manual should tell you.
After it’s charged, you must hold down the on/off button for about five seconds until it flashes green and you know that it’s on. It automatically syncs with the system once you turn it on.
