iphone – using aux jack in car to play music AND voice calls?

I know theres bluetooth devices out there allowing you to listen to your ipod/iphone music BUT…. i also heard that people can overhead your phone conversations if theyre tuned into the same FM frequency!?! such as someone stopped beside you at a red light, or parking lot.
(examples are Jabra and MOTOROKR)

I’m looking for this exact same thing, and I haven’t found anything. I think the problem is that while you could certainly easily hear the other person on your speakers, you would need a microphone to pick up whatever you said. So a simple patch cord won’t do the trick, unless you only want to listen but not talk. I guess feedback is also an issue if there was a microphone on the patch cord. (What the other person said would go in the mic and then they’d hear an echo).
