Motorola Bluetooth Car Speaker

Anyone ever used the Motorola Bluetooth hands free car kit model 98500?

I’m trying to find out that if/when I install this thing in my car stereo, will the music I play on my phone (via mp3′s) play through the speakers in my car? If so that would be awesome. I noticed theres a little speaker in the kit, so I’m worried about what that’s for? I sure hope the sound doesn’t just come out of that, otherwise, what the hell would be the point of connecting it to my stereo?! I would hope that my conversations and my music would come out of the car speakers. Also, is there a special requirement for what kind of stereo deck I should have in my car? It’s pretty old! Thanks for the info in advance!
