Sony Bluetooth Transmitter Receiver

help with Bluetooth wireless speakers ?

OK, so i just bought a Sony Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver to use with my Bose computer speakers wireless with my laptop. I have already paired the receiver and computer and and and the the speakers and the receiver correctly. However, the sound does not work. I know that they are paired and connected because i can test the speakers in my control panel. But no other sound from my computer comes out on the Bose speakers. Please help, Thanks

I’m confused. Let me try to get this straight: you bought a Sony Bluetooth radio that you installed on your PC (via USB, I presume)? Now you want to connect to Bose Bluetooth speakers?

If you can test the speakers, then you’ve obviously installed and set everything up correctly. Sounds like all you need to do is be certain that you tell Windows which playback device to use. A Bluetooth device which supports A2DP (i.e. Bose speakers) is essentially a sound card. When Windows has multiple sound playback devices, you have to tell it which one you want to use.

By the way: try to be more clear about what you want, and be sure to include details about what you’re working with. Otherwise, you likely won’t get a good answer.
