can anyone tell me why my phone a samsung won’t accept my bluetooth even though my old one,same make would?TA

samsung sgh-j700 won’t accept supertooth-light visor mounted bluetooth but previous samsung did .Can anybody help. can’t find bluetooth distructions. thanks Ed

Make sure the device you are wanting to pair to your phone is in pairing mode. On most headsets you can enter pairing mode by powering up the device and keep holding the power button until you get a solid light or blue/red light. Your phone should find your device then. All else fails, you can usually find the instruction manual for your device on the web.

Most devices will accept the password 0000 or 1234
